To cancel an existing desk booking via the Evoko Naso mobile app, follow the below steps.
Step 1: View bookings
Login to the mobile app. From the landing page click on "All Bookings".
This will display the "MY BOOKINGS" screen. Click on the booking to be cancelled.
Step 2: Cancel booking
When selecting a booking, you will then be shown details. From here, click on "CANCEL BOOKING".
You will then be shown a confirmation dialog. If certain, click "yes" and you will then be taken back to "MY BOOKINGS" but with the booking now removed and the desk available for others to use.
