If you are using the Evoko Room Manager with Office 365 and are experiencing connection issues, please try enabling the TLS 1.2 support in Evoko Control Panel.
It seems Microsoft has disabled TLS 1.1 in Office 365 prematurely. This change was planned for June 2020: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/office365/troubleshoot/security/prepare-tls-1.2-in-office-365
To enable TLS 1.2, go to the Connectivity Settings tab in Evoko Control Panel and click the checkbox:
Please note that this option is only available in recent versions of the software, so if you don't see this option in Evoko Control Panel, you may need to download and install an updated version.
After changing the configuration, update your panels using USB or EVO as usual.
