When the Evoko Liso is not used, it will be in "passive mode" and show an overview of a clock and room availability, with the room name clearly visible. The watch hands show the current time, and the green areas show when the room is available while the red areas show when it is booked.
When moving close the proximity sensor will trigger and the Evoko Liso will automatically go into “active mode”. Here you can see more details about the meeting room and it is ready for interaction.
Book an instant meeting
To book an instant meeting in this room, simply press
INSTANT MEETING button in the middle of the clock.
You can change end time of an instant meeting, the end time may go until the end of the day or until next meeting.
If PIN/RFID authentication is enabled, you will be prompted to authenticate.
Once the meeting is booked the Liso will return to active mode which now has the new meeting visible.
Editing a meeting
From the active screen it is easy to end or extend a meeting by pressing on the red bits for the particular meeting on the clock and editing using the purple pins.
Booking a meeting later in the day
From the active screen you can also book meetings later in the day by pressing the green bits on the clock much like when editing an existing meeting. Once your done setting the time for your meeting simply press the green checkbox in the middle of the clock.
Use the calendar to book and edit meetings
The Liso also got a calendar view that you can access from the active screen by pressing the calendar icon on the far right.
It is possible to book and edit meetings from the calendar view and can be useful if you want to:
- Get an overview of what is booked in this room today or further in the future
- Book meetings further ahead than 12 hours from the current time
- Edit meetings that are more than 12 hours away
To book or edit a meeting simply tap on the desired time slot. At the top you got the dates for the week, tap on them to navigate between the days.
Check-in feature is used to free up rooms where no-one shows up for the booking. If enabled, a check-in button will appear 5 minutes before the meetings start and until 5-30 minutes after the meetings start. If no check-in is made on the screen during the check-in time frame the meeting will be ended short to free up the meeting room for others to use.
Using the Room Finder (Default mode only)
The Room Finder is useful to find a room that fits your needs, based on availability, location, size and equipment.
From the Room Finder you can book both instant and future meetings for this or other rooms.
You access the Evoko Liso Room Finder by clicking the search icon to the far left of the active clock.
Apply the filters based on your needs in the left column to suit your needs.
To book a room, select it in the list and press the "+" button on the right.
Report room equipment issues (Default mode only)
To report broken room equipment press the hamburger menu icon at the bottom of the active screen.
There you can see a list of all equipment that is available in the room
To report equipment as either broken or fixed, simply press on the icon representing the equipment you wish to report (if authentication is enabled this will prompt you to authenticate) and it will turn red to represent broken and green as working. If configured in Evoko Home, this will also trigger a email to the assigned "reporting email" to let the person responsible know.
If any equipment is reported as broken, this is also indicated by a warning symbol on the start screen.
